VISION OF CHIEF MINISTER

Directions to the District Collectors by the Honourable Chief Minister in making Tamilnadu the best state in every sphere.

The vision of the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamilnadu is to make Tamilnadu state the best state in every sphere. To realize this vision the Honourable Chief Minister has given Fifteen point program encompassing the evergreen revolution, Food security, livestock security, water security, health security, lively home security, shelter security, ecological security, energy security, infrastructure for development, literacy and technicracy, folk, Classical and modern arts, culture and drama, gender equity, new deal for the oppressed class and technological leapfrogging.

The Honourable Chief Minister requested the collectors to set out micro plans on each of these fifteen points and to work tirelessly towards the attainment of the set goals.
